Today's Photo: Colorful Dragonflies

It seems like dragonflies season is finally here.. they were flying almost everywhere.. In my hometown there’s a myth saying that if you see a lot of dragonflies, it means it will rain. I don’t know if its true, there’s no scientific research about it, but it is now the rainy season and it rains almost every afternoon.

Back in Jakarta, I only see one or two dark green dragonfly. Now here in my new hometown I can see colorful dragonflies; red, dark green, light green, and even blue, and these two just stop by to pose for my pictures. The green one, i think its kind of cute.. look at its smiling face..

Today's Photo: Stranded Ship

I've visited the beach for many times and this ship remains there all along

I was on my visit to Pantai Alam Indah (PAI) Tegal when i spotted the ship. I was walking along the beach to the western end of the beach boundary where is less crowded. And there it sits; outside the fence, in Tegal old habour (Pelabuhan Lama Kota Tegal). A huge cargo ship among the small medium fishing vessels. The ship must have stranded there due to huge waves. I'm sure it wasn't the first ship that stranded there. I read some news about the same incident.

The ship it self is a beautiful object for my photo, plus its almost sunset. It add a colorful and mystery flavor to the photo. Do you think it compare the famous legend Titanic? It has its own beauty for sure.

Today's Photo: Girl Looking Out The Window

Wondering...... Sounds familiar to our everyday life right? Everybody wonders sometimes. About life, future, love, and anything. And the most common place to wonder is when we’re on vehicle. Got nothing to do, waiting to be arrived, just like the following photo. A girl on the passenger seat inside an airplane. Looking outside the window, her eyes wondered. Tying to feel the warmth of the sunlight upon her face inside an air conditioned room:

I got carried away just by looking upon it. I took this photo in 2001. I was on my way to Bintan Island to do some work. With a little touch of photoshop the photo turn nice to me. Hope this could be an inspiration to you.
